Raw
materials consist of the following:
- Scrap
Steel
- Pig
Iron
- Ferro
alloy additives

|
 Sand
moulds are continuously produced
using precision tooling with
the shape of the product imprinted
on the mould. |

All materials
are carefully weighed and placed
into large
furnaces for melting and homogenisation.
Temp 1500° Centigrade. |
|
 The
molten iron is poured into the
moulds reproducing this shape. |
